The Appalachian Regional Prescription Opioid Strike Force (ARPO) is is a joint law enforcement effort to identify and investigate health care fraud schemes in the Appalachian region and surrounding areas and to effectively and efficiently prosecute medical professionals and others involved in the illegal prescription and distribution of opioids.
Having worked alongside ARPO Strike Force partners, our legal nurse consultants are aptly suited to support healthcare providers facing scrutiny of their prescribing practices by law enforcement, regulatory agencies, and state medical boards.
